So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone, in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord. Because we share an uncompromisable certainty that the Church is the people of God, saved by the grace of Jesus Christ, participating through the Holy Spirit in the mission of God, built upon the Word of God, we are at work to engage Bellingham and Whatcom County by making disciples in the global, apostolic, and reformed Christian faith as stewarded by the Anglican tradition.

To support of these efforts, assess their fruitfulness, and discern priorities for investing in our congregational growth and development, we have identified nine scaleable, replicable systems that serve as the key operational domains of our work.
